I can help by co-ordinating and assisting the change team, and facilitating change process meetings, keeping them to track. I can assist in planning and developing the implementation. Additionally, I coach the leaders to implement successful change plans.

I am also able to facilitate Project definition workshops, and ensure that agenda's are adhered to, and not sidetracked, in order that specific desired outcomes may be planned or achieved.

I also am able to facilitate team building exercises, to ensure the correct working environment exists for your team.
